Best Friend Doggy Day Care Tamworth

In order to ensure your dog enjoys Best Friend Doggy Day Care we would like to invite potential clients to attend a 30 minute consultation period to assess whether your dog is comfortable within the environment we offer, it will also give you, the owner an opportunity to meet staff and give you the confidence or re-assurance you need to leave your dog with us, knowing your best friend will be cared for, exercised, stimulated, socialised and generally having a good time in a friendly controlled atmosphere.

There will be a £10 booking fee, which will be refunded when you attend your induction appointment. 

 

You will also be required to fill in an application form which gives us the information we need as regards to emergency contacts for both yourself or your vet, vaccinations, treatments or any other medication your pet requires. The questions are designed to help your dog integrate into the Best Friend Doggy Day Care environment as easily as possible, minimising any stress and making the whole experience an enjoyable one for your dog. We aim to accommodate all the things your dog likes to take part in, a happy dog means a happy owner and one big happy family at Best Friend Doggy Day Care.

 

These forms will be filed, updated and kept on record in order to comply with Environmental Health and Insurance regulations. You are also welcome to view these documents on request anytime you wish too , this provides an open and friendly relationship with you the owner and all the staff at Best Friend Doggy Day Care. Comments on behaviour, likes, dislikes, which activities your dog enjoys the most and any little habits he develops during your dog's stay with us will be recorded.
